It’s the Season of Giving

Seasons-of-Giving

GCU is proud to be a part of a great community with strong values. These values can be seen year round but are especially important as the temperature drops and the holiday season comes in full swing. The holidays can be an especially trying time for families in need as they do their best to ensure their family is well fed, warm, and happy. This is where the community comes in and this is where GCU feels the need to step up.

Giving back is an important part of being part of a community- a part that GCU values and strives to uphold in every action that we take. That is why each year we run a Seasons of Giving campaign- to give back to our members who need a little extra help during the holidays.

This year marks GCU’s eleventh annual Seasons of Giving campaign. Since its inception, it has brought in more than $60,000 that has gone to help making the holidays special for over 45 local and in-need families! Our goal is to help out as many families as possible with gifts including toys, groceries, and essential winter wear.

So to our great community, GCU is calling out for help in making this holiday season great for those of our members who are in need. By letting us know who could use some extra help and by donating what you can to our fund, we are hoping to help out more families this year than ever before.

People who make donations to the Seasons of Giving fund are offered gifts as a thank you for being a great community member by helping out fellow members who are in need this holiday season. This year, the donation gifts are as follows:

$1 Donation Sign

$2 Calendar

$5 Oven Mitt

$8 Snowman Kit

$10 Pom Pom Knit Hat

$12 Scarf

$15 Glassware

Every donation made goes to a family in need, so please consider GCU’s Seasons of Giving this holiday season. What better time is there to give back than the Season of Giving?
